I’ve got a 17 year old border collie who has muscle atrophy in his back legs. I think the protein powder is helping him. He’s not quite as wobbly and still enjoys a run around the paddocks with our 4 other dogs every Sunday, along with my sons 2 greyhounds chasing a football. I’ve also been giving him scrambled or boiled eggs 3 times a week to help build protein. Eddy loves his SalPet powder, no trouble putting it in his dinner. Fingers crossed for another 17 years.
My 17 year old border collie has arthritis in his back legs which is now turning in to muscle atrophy. I think the protein powder is helping him. He loves the taste and there’s no problem feeding him. He’s still enjoying his run around the paddock on Sunday with his friends.
